Gameboy Color Blue Review

Gameboy color blue is similar to gameboy color red. Your goal is to catch and train as many Pokemon as you can.
Your pokemons health is measured in hit points or HP. As your Pokemon takes damage its HP meter records every hit.
You can use various items to refill a Pokemons HP meter, but once it reaches zero, a Pokemon faints.
It must be then revived with a special item or treated at a Pokemon Center.
A Pokemons abilities are measured in Power Points or PP.
Each time a Pokemon launches an attack or defense move it loses a power point.
Each ability has its own meter and once all points are used up a Pokemon cannot use that ability again until you give it more PP or it rests at a Pokemon Center.

Gameboy Color Red

Your goal in this game is to become the worlds greatest Pokemon trainer.
You take the place of Ash Ketchum and can even use your own name so that all the characters will call you by your own name.
Gary is your main rival but again you can give him any name you like. Gary is going to haras you every step of the way.
Dr. Oak wants you to collect as many Pokemon for his research and help him complete his Pokemon encyclopedia.
You start with wild untrained Pokemon and have to catch other wild Pokemon. You can train your Pokemon by winning battles.
The more battles you win the stronger your Pokemon get. The stronger they get the quicker they evolve into
different advanced stages. For example, Squirtle evolves into Wartortle and Wartortle evolves into Blastoise.

Sneak Hint Most people don't know this, but in Japan there were three original Pokemon games. Red, Blue, and Green. For the three starting Pokemon. In the US, they moved the Pokemon from Green and just released Red and Blue.
